The only worry that I have is in WR where work table is, you do not have clear 5' dia turn around space. Technically the program requires one per room and you have one in another corner. The file cabinets are accessible. The work room is a L-shape and it would be great if you could avoid it. I do not know for sure if this solution is failing or passing. Noone knows for sure because NCARB does not disclose exact grading criteria.
You did a terrific job! On real exam try to avoid L-shaped rooms and corner with much furniture without 5ft dia turn around space.
