Sherry!
This solution is failing. Primary mistake is that your stair exit nowhere. Please see attached images and keyed explanations:
1.) You do not need to place door to elevator room EE. This is not a mistake, just do not do it.
2.) Your east stair do not discharge people from upper floor to the exterior at grade. Add a door as shown. This is a failing mistake! Let me know if you need additional explanation about this area.
3.) Failing mistake again! West stair do not have exit door at grade. Unfortunately, due to the spatial constrains you could not fix this stair easily without rearranging the building layout. Imagine how users from upper floors would exit at grade without entering ground floor corridor.
4.) Locker rooms need entrance doors from circulation space in addition to the connections to the MP.
5.) MP is more then 750SF, both doors need to swing in the direction of travel. Change swing of the door, and create pocket at corridor if necessary.
6.) Reception needs visual control of the 3 spaces. I do not see quite well on the image, make sure that you have interior window as shown.
Check that you have windows where I put W.
