Sherry!
This is a terrific result for under one hour of work! I think you are on the right pass for this exam. I did not find anyhting that you probably do know already could be better. Here are some notes:
- Circulation path is not ideal and reception area is tight. It needs to be strighten out. This sample problem is rather dificult. I believe on the exam you may get a slightly easier one. So as long as you recognize that the path is not ideal, you are good.
- I would not use sketch tool 'rectangle' on the real exam. I would use circles to place my furniture, rotate all elements. When I finish the solution, I could use rectangle sketch tool to check door clearances, as the last thing, but it is not wotrth it. Here is why: a. rectangle tool is not a square, soemtimes people rotate it incorrectly and make mistakes; b. it takes time to draw, I'd rather check my slution one more time; c. if you turn on grid for this vignette (1'x1') you could eyeball all door clearances with great presision, no need to sketch anythign else.
- Watch out for room proportions for JO and CR. Do not make them more elongated then 1:2

Great effort! Good liuck.
