1.) Do not put those trees in. They obstruct the view from restaurant to the lake.
2.) Relocate parking to have loaded with parking drive at the south part of the property. You will kill two trees. So far you only killed 3, you can kill 3 more. You will not be rewarded for killing less trees then program asks.
3.) Trees do not have any purpose. Why plant them? The beauty of the layout will not be scored. But you may be downgraded for abusing the site.
4.) Relocate walkway to the left so that you have view of the office entrance from Bentley Avenue. Currently you view is blocked by one existing tree and one new. Remove new tree and kill tree #6 to meet all program requirements.
