You have an ok solution. But no major mistakes: - all your rooms are a bit over lighted. I am not sure if you will get a penalty for it. Really try to locate lights + or -50% of the required distance from the walls. - try to place flexible ducts across the joists. - if your layout does not allow to place supplies and returns in a symmetrical manner, do not worry about it. As long as they are far enough from each other, you are ok. You seems to be fixated a bit on symmetry that is not necessary.

Also, I am stuck with one more question regarding water pressure at the base of the building. If the height is 11 feet fl. to fl. and 9 story building should i consider the total height as 90 feet or 80 feet.....i have two kaplan books with different answers.
