Tatjana,

You had said previously that you'd only respond to these for a month to keep from getting inundated with requests, but it looks like you haven't been too overwhelmed, so if you have a chance, please critique my solution.

It looks correct to me.
Sometimes I do not know the exact answer. For example, I am a bit uncomfortable about the top (+24") landing. I know that since elevation matches the existing building floor, technically you have 5'x5' landing. But since solutions are graded by computer, I would try to 'built' new landing that has 5'x5' dimentions at least. I know that solutions are then reviwed by NCARB personel and perhaps then they will put yours in a Pass pool. So, to be safe, I would try to build a full size landing as required per code. Let me know if this explanation works for you. Everyting else is terrific!
