What architectural services listed below are NOT considered 'basic'.

  1. Construction administration services occuring more then 60 days after the date of subsantial completion, or the date anticipated in agreement.
  2. Document revisions due to enhancement of new laws, regulations after submissions.
  3. Responces to RFIs when the information requested is in the constract documents.
  4. Making inspections that exceed a negotiated number of inspectiond to determine if final completion is reached.
  5. Revisions to architectural documents caused by changes in the initial information, previouse instructions, or prior approvals from the owner.
  6. Revisions due to non-timely decisions by the owner.
  7. Commissioning
  8. LEED Certification
  9. Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment Design
