A. Schedule of values shall be submitted by an architect to the client by the end of construction documents phase
B. Schedule of values submitted by Contractor after contract for construction is awarded.
C. Schedule of values is submitted by construction manager to the owner prior to substantial completion.
D. Schedule of values is submitted by LEED consultant when LEED certification is required.
