Interior layout attempt

Here is my attempt at the interior design portion of the test. I have concerns about the space to leave around the table for four in Mr. Jones office. Does it need to be 3' from the back of every chair? I've seen conflicting answers based on a 'passing example' from NCARB in their current 4.0 guide for Schematic Design.

Revised layout posted

Attached are the revised floor plans for the building layout. I am conflicted about how to end the corridors. On the second floor I have a portion of the corridor that also serves as the exterior wall by the elevator. Is this acceptable or do they need to be captured on both ends. Thanks for the review.

Here is my attempt at the Building Design portion. Hope I'm not missing anything. It is an ugly solution but I'm more concerned with whether it has deficiencies. - Thanks
